11. Pricing

SwiftValue / Scaletek reserves the right to revise our pricing at any time. Any changes to our pricing will be effective immediately after being posted on our website or communicated to you via email. Subscribers will receive 60 days advance notice of any price increase, allowing them the option to cancel their subscription before such changes take effect.

12. Home-Value Generation

SwiftValue / Scaletek does not in any way guarantee accuracy. Although we have an approximate 61% accuracy rate month to month, and are constantly aiming to improve, we in no way guarantee, nor are we liable for conflict that may or may not arise from inaccurate home value estimates. The information users receive should never be used as a replacement or equivalent to a Realtor’s professional advice. This product is completely auto-generated and its sole purposes is to give consumers a rough market-value estimate, leading to a more trusting and exciting first conversation with our Subscriber. This is made clear via auto-generated email to subscriber’s prospects when sending report. Subscribers of this product understand this and are expected to do their professional diligence for every inquiry to ensure the consumer is well informed of his or her home’s market value.
